We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic  Project Manager  to join our team. In this role the PM will perform all general project management duties.

A typical day for the Manager may consist of the following:

Leading the company Quality Control (QC) Program for designated area.
Leading our team through to understand private client and/or government documentation requirements.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate subcontractor work to ensure the project schedule is met.
Understands construction sequencing Can conceptually build the project in its entirety and then go out and do it.
Leading and guiding their team through all safety protocols.
Ensures all work is installed per the work plan document and that quality is met by utilizing the QCP.
Performing timely inspections and uses the deficiency log to have a 0-punch list project.
Identifying and resolving problems and conflicts early by utilizing specific controls established in the QCP.
Effectively Conduct Owners meeting to ensure there is a complete understanding of the project and any current issues or outstanding questions.
Preparing budgets and understands the “Blue folder” process.
Writing and execute subcontracts and the scope of work, scope and price construction change orders while managing schedules, close outs, and job costs.
Managing the QC and Safety program.
Developing monthly progress reports to the customer and Monthly Risk Reports.
Managing the submittal process.

Top candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. In addition, our PMs must have current CoE CQM Certification, OSHA 30, First Aid / CPR / AED, and ASHE HCC certification. We expect our Managers to have a natural desire to coach and mentor their teams. Strong technical skills and computer skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
